The Emotional Rollercoaster of Buying a NEW Home

45-55% of our homes are sold to “First Time Homebuyers”. They are called “first time homebuyers” because………they have never bought a home (we are geniuses here at Smithbilt). So that means, nearly half of our customers have never experienced ALL the emotions that come with the process of making one of life’s biggest purchase. Finally realizing that half of our customers are “in the dark” so to speak, we took it upon ourselves to capture feedback from our┬ácustomers throughout the years and chart the emotional consensus and track what step in the construction process triggered that emotion……….here’s what we found out…….
