After months and months of development, we are finally so close we can see the finish line.
We are excited to announce, Summit View at Hodges Bend, previously known as Vista at Hodges Bend, will be ready for buyers to pick out their lot and floor plan in September, and it couldn’t get here any sooner. We can not recall another community that has received so much attention and requests in the early development stages as Summit View. Since the day we announced the community, our phone has not stopped ringing. We are excited to open our first Seymour community and have already seen the potential for more communities in the near future.
