Warranty Request
At Smithbilt Homes, we want you to be delighted with your new home today and for years to come. That’s why we have an extensive warranty program that offers a 90 DAY LIST and a YEAR END LIST.
Have you lived in you home for at least 90 days?
During the first 90 days living in your new home, keep a list of additional items needing to be addressed/fixed. After 90 days, please submit the list to the Warranty Department. Once the Warranty Department receives your 90 DAY LIST, a representative will contact you to set up an appointment.
Have you lived in you home for at least a year?
After 1 year of living in your new home, we ask that you submit a “Year End List” Once the Warranty Department receives your YEAR END LIST, a representative will contact you to set up an appointment.
Unless it is an emergency, or an item needing immediate attention (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, etc.) a warranty appointment will not be scheduled until 90 days after closing
