Preferred Lender Policy
Smithbilt requires buyers to be pre-approved through one of our preferred lenders. You do have the right to select the lender of your choice; however, our preferred lenders offer special incentives to Smithbilt homebuyers, and in the event a seller closing cost incentive is currently being offered, a preferred lender must be used to qualify.
