2024 BUILDING CAMPAIGN & SCHOLARSHIP ENDOWMENT
The Foundation Board would like to thank you for your interest in the ongoing efforts of the Rufus H. Smith, Jr. Housing Foundation. Your contributions are more than generous. We look forward to seeing old friends and new supporters at the 2024 tournament.
The Foundation remains dedicated to its goal of making home ownership opportunities available to employees of the construction industry. The Foundation continues to support higher education by funding Construction Engineering Scholarship Endowments at East Tennessee State University. We are excited to announce that we are working with The University of Tennessee to provide a new scholarship for students majoring in Construction Science. We are providing educational opportunities for the next generation of housing industry leaders.

Field Limit
152 players- eighteen teams in the morning and twenty teams in the afternoon. Individuals can be paired; however, team entries take precedence. Team slots will fill quickly!
Format
Select your four player team. All four players will hit a tee shot. The team selects the best shot, and each plays their own ball from that position into the hole. Scoring will be based on one best ball per team. Individual handicaps will be based on 50%, with the highest handicap set at 18.
What's Included
Green fees, cart fee, lunch, on-course beverages, range balls, long putt contest and awards ceremony immediately following each round of competition at Egwani Farms Golf Course.
Schedule of Events
- 8:00 AM – Morning Registration
- 8:30 AM – Morning Shotgun Start
- 12:00 PM – Lunch
- 1:00 PM – Afternoon Registration
- 1:30 PM – Afternoon Shotgun Start
