About the Walton...
The Walton is a blend of a few of our most popular floor plans. We took our best seller, The Franklin, and tweaked it a little to come up with the Walton. The most popular feature of the Walton is the open concept that flows from an "expanded" kitchen, through a generous breakfast area, into a large family room making The Walton a great home to entertain family and friends. It's easy to see why The Walton is becoming one of our more "requested" floor plans.
