Smithbilt Homes is excited to announce that Phase 2 of Hidden Meadows is officially on the market ready for buyers to choose their lot.
Phase 2 of Hidden Meadows consists of 44 level lots, all of which will have a desirable back yard. The addition of phase 2 brings Hidden Meadows to a current total lot count of 168, of which 100 families already call Hidden Meadows home and another 40 families are awaiting completion of their home. The first family moved into Hidden Meadows in 2013 and since then an average of 45 families move into Hidden Meadows each year. Because of the affordability, quality, amenities, and low interest rates, Phase 2 is expected to sell out as fast, if not faster than previous phases. When all said and done, Hidden Meadows will consist of 222 families and will be a flagship community for Smithbilt Homes.
