After months of researching floor plans and surveying buyers’ wants and needs, Smithbilt is proud to introduce The Manning….. I know what you’re thinking ladies….
“oh great…!!!! all the boys got together and created a huge, man cave and named it after the the biggest, baddest football player, Peyton Manning!!!”
Hold that thought ladies and give this one a chance. But yes, like always, you are partially correct. We did name this floor plan after the “biggest, baddest football player” but not because its a man cave on steroids, no no. We call it The Manning because of the thought and time that was put into the design, the attention to detail, and the functionality. Like Peyton’s offense, every component has a purpose…….let me tell you more about it.
The Manning is a meticulously planned, open, “no wasted space” floor plan that incorporates the wants and needs of today’s buyer. Starting with the main level; the spacious kitchen flows into the family room allowing family and friends to gather and entertain without separation. The 30′ deep garage provides storage that every family needs or a work space to create those pinterest ideas that can get messy. The mud room is the ideal space to hang coats, kick off your shoes, not lose your car keys, hang the dog leash, or even sit for a brief moment before or after the busy day. The main floor office is the perfect size for the family computer with room for Moms and Dads to bring work home, the kids to complete last minute homework projects, or the entire family to gather to connect to the outside world.
