Hidden View Farms Lottery

Due to the overwhelming amount of interest for Hidden View Farms, we have decided the only fair thing to do is implement a “LOTtery” pick.
Here’s how the Lottery will work…..
Between Today and November 7, we will begin accepting names via this website. On November 7 at 6pm, we will draw names from the list accumulated. We will immediately email the first name drawn and allow that person to have first pick of their lot. Once he/she has picked their lot, the second name will be contacted. We will follow this format until the subdivision is sold out.
To enter the LOTTERY, follow these steps….
Step 1: Review all the PRELIMINARY Information regarding Hidden View Farms
Timeframe: The first home will be complete in March 2017.
Step 2: Start the process of getting pre-approved.
When your name is drawn, you must submit a “pre-approval letter” before you lot reservation is confirmed
